Lords Of The Swords 2016 With Triple Sword Skate Store - Part One :Dunmow

This week, Four Wheel Fools will be releasing photos from time spent with the Triple Sword Skate Store boys on this years Lords Of The Swords road trip competition. A spot each day until the awards night at Empire Skatepark on Saturday 1st October.
Each competing team is required to produce a short film of their weekend. This edit should document the tasks completed and have now been submitted for voting online at www.lordsoftheswords.com so get voting Triple Sword!
Here's our edit. Filmed by Wazza Munson and some of the crew and pieced together by Wazza.

Gifted once more with burning sunshine 20+ teams of skateboarders gathered at Wharf Road car park in Chelmsford for the start of Lords Of The Swords 2016. And once all the teams had arrived and much catching up and preparing, the team and group photos were taken the task books and wax were distributed and off we all went. Car horns hooting and bangers exploding through Chelmsford town centre and on our separate ways to various parks across Essex.
I was asked by the Empire skatepark team to join them again this year and most willingly agreed. The selection of Dunmow skatepark as our first stop was not my choice, but is Harry's local park and the rest of the crew appeared stoked to just be skating in the sun with their boys. I too was feeling the love and was becoming increasingly excited about the potential of the coming three days. What with an evening visit to Kobwebs later on the first day to the Empire Skatepark The Outback DIY opening party on Saturday night and all the shenanigans imbetween... Last year was a blast. This year, I was in no doubt was to out-blast last year!
I will say at this point, I did not look at the book once, all weekend. We were even given a second task book just before we left Wharf Road but Jarvis pissed on it. That's a story for another day. I spent most of the weekend with a camera glued to my face and did little skating because of my inconsiderate spine so I have no idea what challenges we managed to complete or if we were even trying to do so!
We did all however, have a most excellent weekend. Not all of us can remember as much of it as others but what the hell, it's LORDS OF THE SWORDS!

Momentary anger from Harry Wilson at the trolley below and a big ol' backside ollie resulted

Pretty sure that if Jarvis had been with us at this point, the trolley
would have been full of beer cans, but he wasn't.
So Harry's board had room to land safely.

Shortly after this, Rick lost his keys. We spent a good hour searching and hoping that someone hadn't picked
them up. We went back to the car to check it was secure, left someone there and went back to conduct a more thorough search of the area.
It turned out that Elliot had them in his pocket.
