Steve Nowak kindly arranged to drop him at Saff and get in a sneaky skate before travelling to Tanzania for a month long stay.
Things started off well, but soon after arriving the sun was low on the horizon making the coping on one side of each of the bowls disappear in a haze of yellow glare. The crew went in on the park surrounding the bowls early on.
